ELIGIBILITY FOR FLIGHT REIMBURSEMENT
Guests must satisfy one of the following two conditions:
Condition 1:
During the promotion period, achieve at least one day (defined from 06:00 today to 05:59 the following day) with wagering turnover of:
- Coral, Silver tier: from 1,500,000,000 VND
- Gold, Platinum, Pearl tier: from 2,500,000,000 VND
Condition 2:
Within 7 days (from 06:00 on 24/04 to 05:59 on 01/05), achieve a total wagering turnover of 7,000,000,000 VND (Applies to all membership tiers).
REFUND AMOUNTS
Depending on membership tier, guests will receive the following flight reimbursement amounts:
- Coral: 2,500,000 VND
- Silver: 3,000,000 VND
- Gold: 5,000,000 VND
- Platinum: 5,500,000 VND
- Pearl: 6,000,000 VND
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The period for redeeming promotional chips or Slot promotion tickets will be calculated from the time Marketing prints the redemption slip (receipt) for the customer until May 3rd, 2026.
- Each customer is only eligible for a one-time reimbursement by promotional chips or Slot promotion tickets during the promotional period, even if they meet the refund criteria every day.
- The daily turnover requirement and the 7-day turnover requirement will not be considered two separate criteria for two separate refunds, Customers may meet one or both criteria to receive a refund; however, the refund benefit will only be applied once.
- The criteria for achieving the 7-day turnover target does not require a daily turnover of 1 billion VND; it only requires a total turnover of 7 billion VND over 7 days (in 7 days period)
- For Gold cardholders who do not meet the Gold card refund criteria but meet the Silver card criteria (a lower tier), Gold cardholders will not receive the Silver card refund value, This clause applies similarly to Platinum and Pearl cardholders.
- For Coral or Silver cardholders who meet the refund criteria for a higher card tier (Gold, Platinum, and Pearl), Silver cardholders will still receive the refund value of their current card tier; the refund value of the higher tier will not be applied to the lower tier.
- This program applies to foreign national members with domestic flight tickets, but not to foreign members with international flight tickets.
- Eligible members who wish to receive a flight ticket refund voucher must present a screenshot of their online booking showing the booking code, or a screenshot of their online check-in. If purchasing tickets through an agent, they must provide an email containing complete flight information for marketing staff to verify their flight ticket.
- The refund benefit applies to round-trip tickets (arrival and return flights), or one-way tickets (come), or one-way tickets (leave), In all three cases, members receive the same refund benefit, If a member only purchases an arrival flight and meets the criteria, they will still receive a refund, but they will not be eligible for a refund once they purchase a return flight ticket.
- The refund value is awarded in the form of promotional chips or slot promotion tickets, and these promotion chips must be wagered several times to convert them into cash before they can be redeemed for cash.
- Slot promotion tickets are valid 30 days after the issue date.
- Corona Management reserves the right to amend/cancel any terms & conditions of the event without prior notice, In case of dispute, Corona management decision will be final.
