Hundreds of employees at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc were vaccinated against the Covid-19

On 24 June, Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc initially organized Covid-19 vaccination for hundreds of employees working at the complex.

From 8:00 am, a professional team of doctors and nurses received the employees, instructed each employee to wait in a specific position and to keep a reasonable distance in compliance with the 5K principle, and answered any of their questions.

As a top-notch entertainment and resort complex in Phu Quoc, Corona Resort is open for 24 hours. The resort has an area of 18,000m2 with two floors and 2,000 employees. A representative of the management board of the complex said that the vaccination not only served the purpose of ensuring each employee’s interests as a citizen and protecting their health but also created a safe environment worthy of tourists’ choice and trust. In the coming time, Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc will continue to provide vaccination for all employees.

Since the early days of the outbreak, the complex, known as “Vietnam’s Las Vegas”, has seriously and proactively established the process of implementing epidemic prevention measures under the direction of the Government to ensure maximum health safety for visitors. Not only the Casino sector but also all other facilities have complied with 5K regulations.

After the 4th outbreak of the Covid-19, the epidemic prevention work has been further enhanced. Up to now, Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc has not recorded any positive case of SAR-CoV-2 virus among employees and visitors. It is hoped that the combination of standard epidemic prevention measures and employees’ vaccination conducted by Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc will form an effective “double shield” so that the complex deserves to be a safe destination for tourists during the summer of 2021.
